July 2012: FREE Fly-Casting Clinic
Seminars and Presentations by Bob Jacklin every Sunday, during the summer, Bob will conduct a free fly-casting clinic in West Yellowstone. Meet at Jacklin's Fly shop at 7:30PM. Fly rod outfits are available free of charge. If you'd like some help with your casting or would like to start learning, this is a great place to start. The Merchant of Venice (though contributions are always welcome!),
begins at 6:00 pm.

In their new location! Meet a real smokejumper, learn about
smokejumping, and become an official Junior Smokejumper with
hands-on activities covering fire suppression, fire training, fire
tools, parachute techniques, and plant identification. This FREE
program is open to children ages 6-12 Monday-Saturday. Starting July
1st at the east end of the Chamber/Visitor Center parking lot &
Dunbar Park, 30 Yellowstone Avenue. |
This annual event to benefit the Big Brothers & Big Sisters of West
Yellowstone will be held in the Town Park from 9:00am to 3:00pm

Sponsored by the Hebgen Basin Volunteer Fire Department. Enjoy an
outdoor BBQ of hamburgers, hotdog's, chili and chips for a donation
in the Chamber of Commerce Parking lot from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; BBQ
continues in the Town Park at 6:00 pm. All proceeds raised from
these events will go toward supporting various community needs.

This summer's first evening of Music in the Park will feature TBA. Free of charge and begins in the Town Park immediately following the parade.
